The eighty20.org teams are diverse; often include interns from underdeveloped economies and are created for each individual project. All projects are managed by very skilled and experienced people. eighty20.org mixed interns and experienced personnel in order to share knowledge and offer practical opportunities for young and the less experienced to learn on-the-job. Our hope is that they can return and use these experiences to help themselves in their local economies. This means that each project team consists of local as well as global members with a broad variety of skills, depending on the project's requirements. By combining the several team networks, social knowledge sharing is practical and effective. Using the latest social networking tools, project teams are often located in different parts of the world.
